Q: If this is a Flex Pass, why do my tickets show specific dates?
A: To help our patrons’ schedule their attendance we issue tickets by date. However, the Flex Pass option ensures
you may use your tickets at any of our concerts without having to go through the hassle of making a formal exchange.
Q: If the Flex Pass is good for any concert can I use more than one ticket per concert?
A: Yes. For example, If you’d like to use all of your season Flex Pass tickets at one of our concerts, you may do so.
Q: May I return my tickets for a refund?
A: No. However, you may turn in your tickets to our Outreach Tickets Program which provides tickets
for those unable to purchase tickets.
