Flex Pass FAQ’s (Frequently asked Questions)
Q: If this is a Flex Pass, why am I receiving tickets with specific dates?
A: To help our patrons’ schedule their attendance we issue tickets by date. However the Flex Pass option ensures that you may use any ticket at any of our concerts without having to go through the hassle of making a formal exchange.
Q: I’m confused; each of my tickets has two concert dates? Which concert can I attend?
A: We perform each of our programs twice – once in Alexandria VA and once in  Oakton VA (2019-20). Because it is the same program we wanted to convey to our audiences that it is the same concert. You may use your ticket at either concert.
Q: If the Flex Pass is good for any concert can I use more than one ticket per concert?
A: Yes. For example, If you’d like to use all 8 of your season Flex Pass tickets at one of our October concerts you may do so.
Q: May I return my tickets for a refund?
A: No. However, you may donate your tickets back to us to use in our outreach program to provide tickets for those that may not be able to afford to attend.
